Dental Hygiene
Our hygienist will help you to keep your teeth clean by professional scaling and polishing to eliminate plaque, tartar and stains you can no longer remove. She will also educate you how best to keep your teeth free from plaque by brushing and flossing.
It is important to see a hygienist usually every 3-6 months to prevent gum disease which is the number one cause of tooth loss in adults.
